Description: The genome of one representative taro landrace was subjected to two sequencing strategies, Oxford Nanopore Technologies and 10x Genomics linked-reads. The genome was assembled using a merged approach. Genotypic data from a mapping population (parents '230' and '255'; 96 progeny '1025') that showed resistance to Taro Leaf Blight (BioProject PRJNA381383, SRR5468959) were applied to construct a linkage map and to perform QTLs analysis to identify SNPs associated with Taro Leaf Blight resistance.
