Project name: ATAC-Seq Profiling of Open Chromatin Regions in Soybean Early-Maturation Embryos
Description: Transcription Factors are bound to the nucleosome-depleted region or open chormatin. ATAC-Seq can help us to dissect the interactions among TFs which are important for soybean seed development.Overall design: Nuclei were isolated from soybean early-maturation embryos. Early maturation embryos were hand-dissected and collected from the seed with 6-7mm in length. ATAC-seq was performed on isolated nuclei from two biological replicates. For each replicate, the library was sequenced in single-end (Run 1) and and in paired-end mode (Run 2). Only paired-end files were used in the analysis.
