Description: To understand the highly active Sef1-VP16 dependent gene expression in Lachancea kluyveri under both fermentative and respiratory conditions, we perfomred the genome-wide gene expression profiling for the log-phase cells of Lachancea kluyveri wild type and SEF1-VP16 gain-of-function mutant under both YPD and YPGly conditions.Overall design: Cells fom overnight YPD cultures were diluted into YPD and YPGly at a cell density of 0.2 OD per ml and incubated at 30°C fro 5.5 h. Four biological replicates fro each strain under each condition were preprared.
