Project name: Investigating Proteome and Transcriptome Defense Response of Pears Induced by Wickerhamomyces anomalus

Description: We report the application of next-generation sequencing technology for analyzing the differentially expressed genes of pears after treated with or without W. anomalus. After analyzing the differentially expressed genes, we selected some important genes related to the resistance of pears to do RT-qPCR.Overall design: Examination of differentially expressed genes related to the resistance of 2 types of pear tissues which treated with or without W. anomalus. RT-qPCR was performed using SYBR Green assays.
