Project name: Micropterus salmoides

Description: Compared to other carnivorous fishes, the Micropterus salmoides appeared more poor ability of carbohydrate metabolism. In this study, transcriptome sequencing technique was used to analyze the liver transcriptome profiles of M. salmoides fed with different levels of dietary carbohydrate, and to investigate the possible mechanism of high level of carbohydrate intolerance of M.salmoides in transcriptome level.
