Description: The aim of this study is to compare the transcriptomic profiles of V. tapetis in biofilm culture vs. In planktonic culture and to understand the relation between biofilm and virulence.Overall design: V. tapetis mRNA profiles of 48h planktonic culture (Liquid) and biofilm culture (Biofilm) were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina HiSeq.
