Description: We investigated the transcriptional profiles of individual Stienernema feltiae nematodes from in vivo infections and compared them to the profiles of individuals exposed to insect tissue in vitro.Overall design: Examination of individual Steirnenema feltiae nematodes exposed either to homogenate of the waxworm Galleria mellonella for certain lengths of time or directly dissected out of G. mellonella after infecting them for certain lengths of time.
