Description: We show that specific RNAs are coimmunoprecipitated in a tetracycline-dependent manner with the Flag-tagged peptide peTrpL of S. melilotiOverall design: RNA coimmunoprezipitated with the Flag-tagged peptide was compared to the RNA of the mock CoIP with a strain with similarly induced, non-tagged peptide.
