Description: Female Nile tilapia with high temperature at early developmental stage, and obtained sex reversed female (i.e. pseudo-male) fish with morphologically male gonads. Transcriptome sequencing and whole genome methylation analyses were performed on gonads from normal male, female and pseudo-male.
