Project name: Genome-wide distribution of two histone modifications, H3K4me3 and H3K27me3, in soybean embryos and seedlings
Description: In this study, we examined the genome-wide deposition of two opposing histone modifications H3K4me3 and H3K27me3, in mid-maturation (stage B1) soybean embryos.Overall design: Distribution of two histone modifications, H3K4me3 and H3K27me3, in soybean cotyledon, early , mid and late maturation stage embryos and 8 day post-imbibition seedlings. For each developmental stage, ChIP for each histone modification, as well as H3-associated chromatin (control) were obtained for two biological replicates. A total of 30 samples were sequenced using the Illumina HiSeq2000 platform.
