Project name: Gasterosteus aculeatus

Description: Whole genome sequencing was performed for two populations of threespine stickleback fish. 25 individuals were sequenced from Lake Washington (a freshwater population) and 24 individuals from Puget Sound. An LD-based approach was used to estimate historical recombination rates for these two populations and the fine-scale recombination landscapes were examined.
