Description: the study is conserning regualtional mechanisms of adaptation to freshwater habitat of threespine stickleback. We've done miRNA and mRNA RNA-seq experiment with gill tissue of marine and freshwater ecotypes of threespine sticklebacks and also the RNA-seq with marine stickleback, exposed in fresh water for four days and vise versa with freshwater samples.
