Description: The goal of this study is to understand the effect of mutations to a seasonal H3 hemagglutinin using deep mutational scanning. We mutagenized the HA gene from the influenza strain A/Perth/16/2009(H3N2), and used these mutant plasmid libraries to generate mutant virus libraries. We deep sequenced the mutant plasmid and virus libraries along with unmutated plasmid and virus controls. A full description of the analysis will be accessible upon publication of the paper.
