(2)16S ribosomal RNA sequencing were done for the analysis of microbial communities structure in these samples. (3) All samples were collected in both elevated CO2 and ambient CO2 condtion, I want to compare the elevated CO2 treatment effect on the microbial communities structure of these three sample types.
