Description: The study attempted to characterize and compare the barley methylome of roots and leaves under water-deficiency treatment as well as during the subsequent rewatering phase with a special emphasis on organ-specific changes in the DNA methylation. Methylomes were analysed using MSAP-Seq (Methylation Sensitive Amplification Polymorphsim Sequencing).
