Description: To develop genomic resources for the Caribbean coral Orbicella faveolata, we conducted genetic linkage analysis using multilocus SNP genotypes from individual larvae. To demonstrate the value of this resource for genomic studies, we conducted a pilot study of trait associations and population divergence using fragments from adult coral colonies.
