Description: We report the complete genome sequence of Stenotrophomonas sp. strain WZN-1, capable of polybrominated diphenyl ethers degradation, isolated from an e-waste recyling area in Tianjin, China. The complete genome of strain WZN-1 may contribute toward the biodegradation pathways and molecular mechanisms of polybrominated diphenyl ethers biodegradation.
