Description: Tomato is the most advantageous model plant for the study of fruit ripening, but very little information is available about the feature and functions of circRNAs in tomato. In the present study, to invest whether circRNAs involve in fruits ripening. We employed deep sequencing strategy to monitor the changes in circRNAs between green mature and red ripening fruits.
