Description: A mixed DNA pool from 28 red-skinned pear lines and a mixed DNA pool from 27 green-skinned pear lines with the extreme phenotypes from the parental lines ‘Mantianhong’ pear and ‘Hongxiangsu’ pear was constructed and resequenced using the modified QTL-seq with the genome of the ‘Dangshansuli’ pear as a reference.
