Project name: Plasmodium vivax

Description: Whole genome sequencing (WGS) of Plasmodium vivax from clinical samples is challenging because of low parasite densities and lack of an ex-vivo culture system. Here, we used selective whole genome amplification (SWGA) to enrich P. vivax genomic DNA (gDNA) from human blood samples and dried blood spots prior to WGS.
