Project name: Influenza A virus

Description: We quantified how all the mutations in the NP gene from a human-adapted influenza strain A/Aichi/1968 (H3N2) affected viral sensitivity to the human innate immunity protein MxA. We also carried out viral competition experiments between wildtype virus and a mutant virus with increased MxA sensitivity.
