Description: How plants responses to salt stress is a hot research theme which involve dynamic changes in growth and signaling that lead to successful adaptation or death. Little is known on how these opposed events are coordinated. In this study we used RNA-sequencing to determine transcript levels in two Antirrhinum majus mutant with contransting behaviour after six hours and three days of salt treatment
