Description: The HA gene from the influenza strain A/WSN/1933 (H1N1) was mutagenized and the resulting mutant plasmid libraries were used to grow mutant virus libraries. The mutant plasmid libraries and mutant virus libraries were sequenced in parallel with an unmutated control plasmid and virus. A full description of the analysis will be accessible upon publication of the paper.
