Description: Develop a comprehensive antiviral program that will not only address the prevalence of resistance to licensed and investigational anti-influenza drugs in viruses from animal reservoirs, but will also allow us to determine the fitness of influenza viruses carrying known and novel drug-resistance mutations, and explore the utility of mono- and combination therapies in animal models.
