Description: This collection of datasets are derived from male reproductive tissues from the tsetse fly (Glossina morsitans). This collection includes six data sets from 3 physiological states (teneral, sexually mature and 6-8 hours post mating) and 2 tissues (testes and accessory glands). These data were used to identify male semial fluid proteins in coordination with proteomic analysis of the spermatophore.
