Project name: Acinetobacter sp. JS678

Description: Resveratrol is a chemical that has been produced by several plants including peannuts and is an anti-oxidant used to treat cancer patience. An Acinobacter strain JS678 was isolated from peanut rhizosphere and its capability of resveratrol degradation was determined. The genome of JS678 study was performed to determine the genes that were involved in resveratrol degradation pathway.
