The maps are based upon the high-resolution framework IBM map with sequence-associated loci from the Genoplante map (PRJ:218855), the ISU maps (PRJ:160931, PRJ161095), and the UMC maps (PRJ:160355, PRJ:160305) that can be located by BLAST in the HTGS BAC sequences and placed in the FPC map.
