Description: 2b-RAD sequencing of replicate libraries prepared from 102 samples of a sea cucumber mapping family.One full-sib mapping family was established by mating a single-pair male and female in April 2010.102 offspring samples were selected from this family, which include two parents and 100 progenies. One set of 2b-RAD libraries were constructed for these samples independently and sequenced based on Illumina HiSeq2000 platform.The protocol of libraries construction referred wang et al.(Nature Mehthods,2012).
