Project name: Influenza A virus (A/WSN/1933(H1N1))

Description: Critical regions of the NA gene from the influenza strain A/WSN/1933 (H1N1) was systematically mutagenized to study every possible single nucleotide mutation. The mutant libraries were used to recover mutant viruses, which were subject to selection when growing in MDCK cells in presence or absence of a NA inhibitor - oseltamivir. The plasmid, pre and post selection viral libraries were analyzed by Illumina sequencing along with unmutated controls.
