Project name: Erythranthe guttata strain:IM62 and DUN

Description: The goal of this study is to map genomic regions contributing to differentiation in life history traits (flowering time and stolon production) between annual and perennial ecotypes of the common monkeyflower. F2 progeny of an annual x perennial cross were scored for these traits, and DNA was extracted then sequenced from tissue pooled from 48 individuals representing the extreme phenotypes.
