Description: Seedlings of chilling/drought tolerant tobacco variety MSK326 and intolerant Yunyan203 were treated under 2 ℃ for chilling stress or adjusted relative humidity to 30% and no irrigation for drought stress in climate chamber for 0h, 12h, 24h and 48h. Expression profile of each treated variety seedlings were done to mine the different expressed genes causing the different tolerance to stresses between these two varieties.
