Description: Domesticated tomato plants are injured if grown under continuous light, yet some wild tomato species are tolerant to continuous light. Here, we report the transcriptome of tolerant and sensitive tomato lines as affected by continuous light. The sensitive line is the A131 inbred line. The tolerant line is an introgression line in the genetic background of A131 with Solanum neorickii as the wild donor. The sampled leaves were not injured at the time of sampling.
