Project name: Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis KF147

Description: The goal of this study is to explore the transcriptome of L. lactis during growth in a plant-associated environment. To this end, strain KF147 was grown in either GM17 medium or a sterile lysate derived from leaves of Arabidopsis thaliana for differential gene expression analysis using RNA-seq. Three replicate cultures were examined for each growth condition.
