Description: In spite of abundant studies on plant genome and transcriptome sequencing, few studies have addressed the influence on gene expression profiles between different environmental and other impact factors at the transcriptome level. Moreover, few extensive studies quantifying influence factor-specfic transcriptome-wide impact (e.g. climate, soil and tillage factor), although some research has been published concerning transcriptome variation caused by single impact factor. To investigate the transcriptome variation caused by climate, soil and tillage factors, we applied tobacco leaves obtained from different treatment combinations to discover the factor-specific transcriptomic regulation.
