To analyze the transcriptome of Allium fistulosum L., cDNAs derived from the total RNA of Allium fistulosum L. seedings were analyzed by Illumina sequencing. Approximately 53.38 million 90-bp pair end (PE) clean reads were achieved in the libraries.
