Description: The present research intend to reach a better comprehension of the amazon cyanobacterial associations with heterotrophic organisms, verifying their roles in the synthesis on secondary metabolism products. The sample was collected in the Tucurui Power Plant Reservoir, point M5 (3º49’55”S e 49º38’50”W) in 21st, October, 2011. 5 liters of water were collected 50cm beneath the lake surface, then filtered by negative pressure for posterior culture in BG-11 medium.
