Description: Bank vole liver transcriptomes were used for testing accuracy of allele frequency estimation from pooled RNA-seq sample. Each sample was sequenced both as an indivudually barcoded library and as a part of a pool. General aim was to determine how various aspects of expression level variation influence allele frequency estimation.
