The annotation pipeline has been presented at the 18th Annual International Conference on Intelligent Systems for Molecular Biology in Boston and the abstract is available. The annotation has been compared with that submitted to GenBank and the results presented at Asperfest 8 with an abstract (Alternative annotation of Aspergillus genomes with multi-genome Gnomon method) available here.
