Project name: Solanum lycopersicum strain:Yellow Stuffer

Description: RNAi-2G2 and RNAi-2Q1 are SlKLUH knock down transgenic lines in fw3.2(ys) NIL (near isogenic line) background. Flowers were tagged a day before anthesis and self-pollinated at anthesis. Pericarp and seed tissues from seven DPA (days post anthesis) fruits were separately isolated. Three replicates were collected for each sample. RNA was extracted using Trizol and Stand-specific libraries were prepared from total RNA and sequences of 51 bp were generated on an Illumina HiSeq2000.
