Description: Transcriptome profiling of flower buds (pooled flowers younger than 9 days before anthesis) from sun-ovate Near Isogenic Lines in the wild species S. pimpinellifolium, LA1589 background using Illumina RNA-seq analysis. Three replicates were collected and collection times ranged a span of four hours. Strand-specific libraries were prepared using total RNA. Single-read sequencing was performed on Illumina HiSeq2000 instrument with 58 cycles.Author Note: We have found that in this data out tissue collection over the span of four hours led to differential expression of some circadian rhythm genes.
