Description: The genome of an adult male vervet monkey (#1994-021 from the Vervet Research Colony at Wake Forest University), representing the sub-species C. aethiops sabeus (Caribbean). DNA from the same individual was used for CHORI-252 BAC library construction. This project will include a whole genome assembly of the DNA from this individual.
