Description: The linkage maps derived from four populations were integrated. One population is 95 F2 progeny of the cross 'Io' x 'F2'. One population is 145 F5:6 recombinant inbred lines from the cross 'Io' x 'F2'. One population is 129 F5:6 recombinant inbred lines from the cross 'F252' x 'F2'. One population is 152 F5:6 recombinant inbred lines from the cross 'Io' x 'F252'. The plants were genotyped with isozymes, RFLP markers, and protein isoforms in 2D SDS-PAGE.
