Project name: Hordeum vulgare

Description: Seven linkage maps were integrated into a single consensus linkage map. Merging the maps was facilitated by restricting the included markers to only RFLP markers that produce a single scorable band. The input maps were produced on a doubled haploid population from 'Igr'i x 'Franka', a doubled haploid population from 'Proctor' x 'Nudinka', a doubled haploid population from 'Steptoe' x 'Morex', a doubled haploid population from 'Clipper' x 'Sahara 3771', a doubled haploid population from 'Haruno Nijjo' x 'Galleon', a double haploid population from 'Chebec' x 'Harrington' and a F2 population from 'Shannon' x 'Proctor'.
