Description: Using plants with B-A translocations that had been cytologically mapped as pollen donors allowed RFLP loci to be "uncovered" during the the nondisjunction observed in meiosis. Plants with twenty-two B-A translocations were pollen donors and crossed with Mo17, B14, B73 and B57. This allowed orienting chromosome arms of an RFLP genetic map created with the F2 population of selfed F1 from the reciprocal crosses of H427 and 761.
