Description: The project to construct a high-density molecular linkage map. The mapping population is 67 F2 plants from the Solanum lycopersicm x Solanum pennellii interspecific cross. The plants were genotyped with isozyme markers and RFLP probes from tomato and potato. The molecular linkage map was compared to the classical genetic map via common loci.
