Project name: Ancylostoma caninum

Description: The Parasitic Nematode EST Sequencing Project (Nematode.Net) is aiming to generate more than 300,000 ESTs from ~ 30 nematode species. This project is performed at Washington University's Genome Sequencing Center (GSC) in collaboration with the Sanger Center and Edinburgh University.More than 9,300 ESTs from Ancylostoma caninum have been generated by the Washington University GSC.
