Project name: Pristionchus pacificus

Description: The Parasitic Nematode Sequencing Project (NematodeNet) is aiming to generate more than 300,000 ESTs from ~ 30 nematode species.Sequencing will be done at at the Washington University's Genome Sequencing Center, St.Louis in collaboration with the Sanger Center and with Edinburgh University.Approximately 15,446 ESTs from Pristionchus pacificus have been generated as the project is in progress.
