Description: Human Pangenome Reference Consortium (HPRC) BioProject for Minigraph-CACTUS pangenomes that use CHM13 as the reference sequence. The Minigraph-CACTUS pangenome pipeline adds base-level alignments to Minigraph graphs using the CACTUS genome aligner. The pangenome included in this data BioProject was constructed with GRCh38 and CHM13 (included as the reference assembly) as well as 88 assemblies from the HPRC.
