Entamoeba histolytica trophozoites were treated with compound SFB9 and DMSO (control). Samples were taken at 0, 12, 24 hours in triplicate for both DMSO control and SFB9 treatment (n=3 x 6). The polyA+ RNA were sequenced using Illumina HiSeq2000.
