Project name: Yersinia pseudotuberculosis B-6866 isolate:2430-2
Description: Strain B-6866 (alias 2430-2) was isolated in the Leningrad region in 1955 from Mus musculus. The strain belongs to sequence type ST19 (as defined in Laukkanen-Ninios R, et al. 2011, Environ. Microbiol. 13:3114-3127). Short read sequences were assembled into 243 contigs larger than 1 kb, for a total of 4266714 bp. The largest contig is 115427 bp long. This project is part of a study comprising a total of 5 ST19 strains from Russia (4) or Turkmenistan (1). A laboratory variant of this strain was also included in the study, under strain name B-6865, alias 2430-1 (project PRJEB1341).
